Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
UK delivery
- Free tracked delivery on orders of £40 or more.
- £3.95 tracked delivery on orders under £40 (unless the product page says delivery is free).
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 5–10 working days of ordering.
US delivery
US orders usually arrive within 4–8 days, tracked.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at peak times, during customs checks or in bad weather.
Customs and duties
UK and US orders at our prices are not expected to attract import charges. If a charge is ever applied, contact us before paying it and we will sort it out.
Address changes
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We can change it until the order is dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
